Within The 14-Day Adjustment Period

Should a problem occur that is specifically related to one of our products within the 14-day adjustment period, we will resolve the problem at no extra charge. 

 

After The 14-Day Adjustment Period

Should a problem occur that is specifically related to one of our products after the 14-day adjustment period, we will try to resolve the problem at no extra cost. Under the rare circumstance that we are unable to fix the problem, a store credit may be issued in the full amount of the purchase price, minus an administrative fee.

Should a problem occur that is unrelated specifically to one of our products after the 14-day adjustment period, we will resolve the problem for a fee.

Product Doesn't Meet Requirements

Should you purchase a product that doesn't meet your requirements, we offer a refund, minus 25% restocking fee, which will be issued as credit after we receive the product(s) back.  Shipping and handling are not refundable.

Order Cancellations 

All order cancellations are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee, unless they were shipped already, in which case the standard Restocking fee applies.
